Virtual Showroom ("the App") is a product owned and operated by Delos Digital Media Pty Ltd ("we," "our," "us"). The App enables automotive dealers to manage, publish, and respond to customer reviews and social content across Google Business Profiles and Facebook Pages.

Our use of Facebook data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards. We request only the permissions necessary to provide functionality. You may revoke access at any time via Facebook.

We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purposes or to meet legal obligations. Dealer content and logs are deleted within 30 days of account closure; backups within 90 days. OAuth tokens can be revoked at any time; revocation may disable features until re-authorised.

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and annual security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

If an eligible data breach occurs, we will promptly assess it and, if required, notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the NDB scheme.
