Terms of Service

By using the Virtual Showroom app (the "Service"), which is owned and operated by Delos Digital Media Pty Ltd, you agree to these Terms and all applicable platform terms, including:

• Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy

• Meta (Facebook) Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Syndication of Google reviews to Facebook Pages and Google Business Profiles.

• Centralised management of Google reviews, including the ability for dealers to respond.

• Multi-page Facebook content posting for dealerships.

You must be at least 18 and duly authorised to act for the dealership/business.

• Provide accurate information and maintain credential confidentiality.

• Obtain and maintain all required platform permissions.

• Ensure your content and activity comply with applicable laws and platform terms (Google/Facebook).

• Back up your content and review responses where required by your internal policies.

You must not:

• Post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content, or misrepresent reviews.

• Interfere with or attempt to bypass platform/API security or limits.

• Use the Service to spam or harass.

The Service depends on Google and Facebook APIs, which may change or be limited by those providers. You authorise us to perform actions (e.g., posting reviews or content, responding to reviews) strictly within the permissions you grant. Revoking tokens will disable related functionality until re-authorised.

• You retain rights to your dealership's content and customer reviews.

• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and publish such content solely to provide the Service.

• You must only republish Google reviews in compliance with Google's policies, including attribution, integrity, and display requirements.

• The Virtual Showroom software and related IP remain the property of Delos Digital Media Pty Ltd.

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or continued availability of Google or Facebook APIs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delos Digital Media Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits, goodwill, or data; or issues arising from third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or losses arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or platform policies.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, platform policies, or if required by Google or Facebook.

We may modify or discontinue features. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or platform message.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.
